Coordinate and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, professionally and efficiently.
Maintain and organise files, records, and databases for easy access and reference.
Assist with event planning and logistics for team activities and workshops.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office workplace.
A successful Team Assistant/PA should have:
Solid organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Public Sector or a related field is highly regarded.
An organisation within the Public Sector located in Sydney, focused on delivering impactful services.
