We're looking for a sommelier who's genuinely obsessed with wine and just as obsessed with making guests feel looked after.

What you'll bring:




2+ years in a similar wine-focused role in a fast-paced venue, with a hands-on, solutions-first approach to service
WSET or CMS qualifications (or you're actively working towards them), and a real passion for wine to back it up
Solid knowledge of Australian and international wine regions and markets
A sharp eye for detail, especially with stocktake and invoicing, and solid organisational and time-management skills
The confidence to work autonomously, and the judgement to know when to take direction
A warm, outgoing, competitive streak — you love going the extra mile for guests and quietly love being the best on the floor
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
The people skills to mentor junior wine team members and help build a genuine beverage culture, working closely with our management team
A hunger to keep learning — current regions, new producers, new industry trends
