Not Your Usual Boring Warehouse Job. Get Hands-On With Big Steel!

This is a fast-paced role that blends physical warehouse labor, tool operations, and leadership support. You will work with new and used pallet racking systems in a dynamic warehouse workplace.

Key responsibilities
Pick and assemble orders by accurately picking steel beams, frames, and components up to 10+ metres long, double-checking dimensions and counts using a tape measure
Perform tool and fabrication operations including cutting, grinding, drilling, and repairing damaged steel frames using power and battery tools, including band saws, 4-inch grinders and rattle guns
Handle freight by loading and unloading trucks and keeping careful stock logs of inbound and outbound freight
Operate forklifts safely to navigate the warehouse and yard,



and complete daily pre-start safety checks

About you
Current LF (Forklift) Licence required
Valid Victorian Driver's Licence required
Active and physically fit, comfortable working with heavy steel products using both hands and equipment
Confident experience handling hand and power tools safely
Driven and responsible, comfortable planning, prioritizing, and delegating tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with explicit communication skills
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when high volumes demand it
Willingness to work in a team setting
Must be a permanent Australian Resident. Applicants that don't comply WILL not be considered.
