We are looking for a friendly companion to brighten the days of a wonderful gentleman. If you enjoy a casual stroll, and appreciate a excellent conversation, you might be the perfect match!

Josef is an engaging man who communicates beautifully in both German and English. He loves the easy pleasures of life, like enjoying a cold ginger beer, participating in activities.

As an Aged Care Volunteer, your role is easy: just share a connection. Together, your time might include going for gentle walks, playing a game, or simply sitting down for a meaningful chat. Dedicating just one hour each week or fortnight is all it takes to build trust, create a difference, and make lasting memories.

Many of our volunteers join wanting to give back, only to discover they receive just as much joy, warmth, and friendship in return.

Time Required

Volunteers are required to visit once per fortnight (although we prefer weekly where possible), duration of visit is up to you. We require a commitment of minimum 6 months - 12 months or longer.

Training

Training is provided in addition to ongoing support from your local Vol
