As a Services Coordinator at Sitzler Pty Ltd, you will be based in project locations across Western Australia, working within the Construction WA department. This permanent, full-time position falls under the category of Construction & Project Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various service activities to support construction projects in Western Australia. Your main tasks will include:
Reviewing services sample submissions for compliance against specifications
Coordination of services technical queries with Subcontractors and Consultants
Liaising with Services Manager for technical support and guidance
Performing QA inspections for services installations
Coordinating services interfaces with Work Packages onsite
Assist with the interface between Project Manager / Engineers and consultants for design changes and services clash solutions




Support the Services Manager in assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders as directed in accordance with company procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory authority requirements
Keep records relating to and maintain contact and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities

Qualifications

Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and minimum of 5 years in the construction industry with experience relevant to services coordination
Minimum of 5 years work experience in services-related role
Sound understanding of services design, installation and commissioning
Nationally Recognised Construction Induction
Drivers Licence
