Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, programme/project management, delivery governance and senior stakeholder management.
Significant experience managing complex enterprise technology deliveries and portfolios.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programmes, projects and workstreams within large enterprise environments.
Solid experience establishing, implementing and operating delivery governance frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in programme governance, portfolio management, demand management and delivery assurance

Robust experience managing senior customer, business and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, resources, capacity, issues and executive escalations.
Experience managing prospects from pipeline or pre-sales stages through mobilisation and successful delivery.
Experience working in complex customer, vendor and partner ecosystems.
Strong understanding of
Agile, Waterfall and hybrid enterprise delivery methodologies

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly regulated and complex enterprise environments.

ServiceNow / Technology Experience
Strong understanding of the
ServiceNow platform and enterprise ServiceNow delivery lifecycle

Experience managing or governing significant ServiceNow programmes, portfolios or transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
Understanding of
AIOps, ITOM, ITSM and Enterprise Service Management concepts is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceNow licensing, platform upgrades, integrations and enterprise-scale implementations would be advantageous.
Ability to engage effectively with ServiceNow architects, technical leads, product owners and SMEs without necessarily operating as the solution architect.
Ability to translate technical delivery challenges into clear business, delivery and governance implications for senior stakeholders
