Reporting to the Area Manager, the role entails preparing machines for hire, undertaking repairs and servicing within a energetic and vibrant mechanical workshop environment and on customer work sites.
The role ideally suits someone who has previous hands on experience within the hire industry or similar.
Ideal Experience For This Position
Trade qualified diesel fitter or similarPrevious experience with equipment hire or similar industry.Robust diagnostic skills with Mechanical, Hydraulic,



auto electrical and Heavy VehiclesDemonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude towards all tasks that present themselvesWork efficiently as part of a solid teamPossess the ability to think on their feetHigh level organisation skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.Possess good communication skills, both verbal and writtenHave a robust commitment to OH&S; and QA systems.Current forklift licence or ability to obtain one.

Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with minimum supervision and within specific time frames would be required.
