TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vehicle Weighing & Documentation: Weigh vehicles, record weight data, and issue weighbridge tickets. Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.




Data Entry & System Updates: Input weight data into the system, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies.
Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.
Customer Service: Provide assistance to truck drivers and address queries related to the weighing process.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working within a fast-paced production or warehousing workplace.
Education & Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with weighbridge systems and basic computer software.
Attention to Detail: Accurate data recording and strong organisational skills.
Communication: Explicit verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers and team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
