Contour Education is seeking a full time Campus Leader (Customer Service Manager) for the Upper Mount Gravatt campus to own the campus experience and lead the service team. You’ll ensure a secure, organised, elite journey for students, parents and tutors, while upholding Contour standards.
You will drive continuous improvement, oversee trials and conversions, support tutors, and manage campus operations with a solid focus on customer service excellence.
