We're looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Lead to lead a team of senior engineers supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms in a large and complex technology environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in platform stability, incident management, release governance, security uplift, and operational maturity.

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Senior Platform Engineers.
Own platform operations, service reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive major incident response and resolution across multiple technology teams.
Improve release management, change governance, and operational processes.
Collaborate with architecture, delivery, security, and infrastructure teams to support critical business services.




Manage vendor relationships and key stakeholder engagement.
Champion platform security, risk management, and operational resilience.

What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience leading infrastructure, platform, or ICT operations teams
Proven experience supporting complex enterprise applications or business-critical platforms
Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement skills
Experience with incident management, change control, and release governance
Background in DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary operational practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Australian Citizenship is mandatory

Nice to Have
Salesforce platform exposure
Experience with GitLab, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, or SAP
Relevant cloud, infrastructure, or platform certifications
Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
