The Company: This builder is a leading Australian commercial builder with an established presence across a range of industry sectors, including industrial, mixed-use, health and education.

This role will be a mix of both office and site based.

Responsibilities:
Provide HSE support across multiple commercial construction projects
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
Review SWMS and project HSE documentation
Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Provide practical advice to project teams and subcontractors
Support ISO and OFSC requirements
Drive a positive and proactive safety culture
Build robust relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders

Relevant Experience:




Solid commercial construction experience
Senior HSE Advisor experience across multiple projects
Strong ISO and OFSC experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, cooperative and commercially minded approach
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
