About the role As a Roof Plumber in a Leading Hand / Site Supervisor capacity, you'll lead quality residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
supervising roofing projects from start to finish, including re-roofs and new construction
leading and supporting your crew in office to the highest standard
maintaining quality control in line with Green Planet Roofing standards
ensuring safety standards are followed across all sites
communicating effectively with clients, builders, and team members




mentoring crew members and contributing to a positive in office culture.

What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Min. 5 years roof plumbing and metal roofing experience essential
Leadership experience, or the ability and attitude to step up
Current driver's licence essential
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing
Strong eye for detail, quality control and safety compliance
Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
