Your Next Opportunity: Daimler Trucks Perth is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will support the General Manager and all departments, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, professional customer interactions, and effective communication across the dealership.

Hours of Work: Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm, with every second Saturday from 8:00am–12:00pm. Occasional overtime may be required.

About The Role:
Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers
Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, stationery ordering, and supporting parts and stock management
Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating communication across departments

About You:
Prior Receptionist experience is highly regarded
Robust customer engagement, communication skills and professionalism
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Reliable, qualified, and proactive approach to work
High attention to detail and accuracy
