We are seeking an experiencedProgram Managerto take on a key leadership role delivering the ICT fit out within a major Federal Government transformation program. This position will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical ICT infrastructure upgrades across multiple sites, ensuring successful coordination of project activities, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.

TheProgram Managerwill be responsible for but not limited to;
Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure and technology fit-out projects across multiple locations
Manage project scope, requirements, schedules, and delivery outcomes while coordinating with project managers and workstream leads
Drive benefits realisation activities, including defining, tracking, and reporting program outcomes
Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-stream dependencies to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver program status reports, risk updates, and governance documentation for senior stakeholders

TheProgram Managerwill have experience in the following:




Proven experience delivering ICT infrastructure, technology refresh, site uplift, or network-related projects within complex environments
Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, delivery coordination, and risk management
Demonstrated experience managing benefits realisation, performance reporting, and project governance activities
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business areas, technical teams, vendors, and governance forums
Experience managing multiple workstreams, project dependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum
Robust communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate outcomes and resolve delivery challenges
