Ready to take the lead on a rapid-moving commercial operation?

GM Global are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to support the day-to-day delivery and performance of our growing commercial operations.

Working across a range of client for our door-to-door commercial campaigns, you’ll be responsible for coordinating people, processes and resources to ensure operations run efficiently and performance stays on track.

What you’ll be doing
Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across multiple campaigns
Coordinating internal teams, resources, schedules and campaign requirements
Monitoring KPIs, performance data and operational results
Working with managers and team leaders to identify performance opportunities and address operational issues
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training processes
Developing and improving systems, processes and reporting
Coordinating campaign launches, logistics and ongoing operational requirements
Ensuring teams have the resources and support required to deliver effectively
Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting
Supporting senior management with planning, forecasting and commercial performance
Ensuring operational standards, policies and compliance requirements are maintained




Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an organised, commercially minded operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track.

Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in operations, retail, sales management, administration or a similar environment
Experience coordinating teams, projects or multiple operational priorities
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with KPIs, reporting and performance data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach and solid attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

Experience in a field-based or multi-site commercial environment will be highly regarded.
