This role is a mix of high-volume outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, chasing a small number of unpaid invoices, and day-to-day customer service and scheduling support. You will own the follow-up and customer care with customers and work alongside the main salesperson who handles the majority recent inbound leads.
Key responsibilities
Call return / past customers who are due or overdue for their next service and get them booked back in
Call inbound leads our salesperson couldn't reach on the first attempt (no-answers, missed calls)
Call customers who haven't paid their invoice yet
Handle inbound customer service calls: basic questions, reschedules, clarifying job notes
About you
You genuinely like being on the phone and driving conversations
You can consistently follow easy sales scripts and processes
You don't take "no" or "not yet" personally
Experience in pest control or other trade services is a bonus, not a requirement
