BrewDog Australia is seeking a Head Brewer to lead brewing and liquid production at our Brisbane site. This hands-on leadership role requires deep brewing expertise, robust people leadership, and commercial focus to ensure protected, consistent and high-quality products.
You will manage recipe development, fermentation, maturation and release, while shaping standards, SOPs, and production records across beer, alcohol-free beer, RTDs and other beverages.
