Site Manager | High End Projects $5m+ | Armadale

Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector.

Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning architecturally designed homes and boutique apartments typically valued up to $10m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing all on-site activities across multiple high-end residential projects
Overseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homes
Ensuring projects are delivered on time,



within budget, and to expected quality standards
Leading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractors
Managing documentation and reporting through the company’s construction software
Liaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain solid relationships

The ideal candidate:
Proven experience delivering multiple high end residential projects (including basements) valued at $6m+
Solid technical knowledge with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
Excellent time management and leadership skills
Confident using construction management systems for documentation and compliance
Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams
