Pay Rate: $43.51 per hour
Engagement Type: Casual
Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

Working as part of Council’s Parks and Gardens team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of parks, gardens, natural areas and public open spaces across the Sunshine Coast.

Duties May Include
Mowing and turf management
Planting, weeding, mulching and pruning
Irrigation and general horticultural maintenance
Plant propagation
Operating and maintaining gardening machinery and equipment

Requirements
Certificate III in Horticulture
White Card
Current C Class Driver Licence (MR highly desirable)
AC/DC licence, chainsaw or ride-on mower experience/tickets highly desirable
