The exciting opportunity
Join the team at our homely 61-bed aged care facility in South Grafton
Choose to work in a casual or part-time role
Predominantly mornings and afternoon shifts available
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home workplace
Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

What you’ll need to succeed
Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
Adaptable, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship is not available)
