The Role
Managing and converting qualified project enquiries
Conducting presentations and appointments with prospective purchasers
Building strong relationships with buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process
Proactively following up leads and maintaining database engagement
Negotiating and closing sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey
About You
You will ideally have
Proven experience in off the plan residential project sales or a strong residential real estate sales background
A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and disciplined approach to lead follow up
The resilience and drive required in a competitive sales workplace
