About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, commercial management, and successful delivery of major TMR infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of TMR civil infrastructure projects valued between $20M and $75M.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
Develop and maintain project programs and resource plans.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

About You




Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management delivering TMR projects.
Current Registered Skilled Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects valued between $20M and $75M.
Strong commercial and contractual management experience.
Demonstrated leadership capability managing large project teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust understanding of Queensland TMR specifications, standards, and requirements.
Experience in road, bridge, intersection, and major infrastructure projects.

Desirable
Previous experience with design and construct (D&C;) contracts.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling and project controls.
