9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and RDS/Aurora.
Robust expertise in GitLab SaaS, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release orchestration.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills (Bash/Python).
Experience supporting mission-critical production systems in highly regulated settings.
Strong understanding of deployment strategies, change management, environment management, and release governance.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management capabilities.
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, database, infrastructure, and networking layers.
Experience with secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.
Solid stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work across Engineering, QA, Operations, Security, and Architecture teams.

Experience working with the Calypso platform or capital markets trading, clearing, collateral, or risk systems.
Experience with Oracle-to-Aurora PostgreSQL migrations.
