Leveraging your skills and experience, you'll be responsible for assisting our Trainer Assessor to equip the next generation of pathology collectors with hands-on, practical skills in pathology collection. Reporting to the Training Manager, you'll have the prospect to work as a crucial part of a small, close-knit team in our Perth training centre, located in Osborne Park.
The Pathology Collections
Assistant/Mentor (Phlebotomy Mentor) will also be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks to support LTT. The position holder will undertake a variety of activities in the office and in collection centres as directed, ranging from but not limited to supporting the Trainer Assessor with student classroom bleeds and mentoring students in the training centre as a phlebotomist.

About you
3+ years experience in pathology collection
HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection or equivalent
Valid driver's license and own car
Working with children check
A National Police Check is required
Must be an Australian Resident or have the right to work in Australia
Robust administration skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
High level of computer literacy
