Manager – Wealth & Business Advisory | No Timesheets | People‑First Firm

I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded accounting and advisory firm known for delivering tailored solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. In this leadership role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key part in shaping client outcomes. Your work will span compliance, advisory and relationship management, with the autonomy to deliver high‑quality service without the pressure of timesheets.

You will:
Manage a portfolio of SMEs, partnerships, trusts and high‑net‑worth clients
Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation
Deliver practical advisory services including budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management




Provide proactive tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes
Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
Build solid, long‑term client relationships grounded in trust and commercial insight

About You: You’ll bring a blend of technical capability, commercial thinking and genuine client care.
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
4–6 years’ experience in business services or public practice
Tax licence preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
Experience with Xero, MYOB or APS
