About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client based in Brisbane. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working across both blue- and white-collar industries and is able to work in a high volume, faced paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles
Partner with hiring leaders to confirm role requirements and timelines
Source and screen candidates for mining operations
Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment checks

Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated internal, high-volume end-to-end recruitment experience




Experience recruiting across blue- and/or white-collar roles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and robust stakeholder management skills
Current QLD Drivers Licence
