A1 Recruitment is recruiting for an established international food trading and supply business looking to add an experienced Logistics & Documentation Officer to its specialist Reefer Team.
You’ll manage the end-to-end logistics and documentation of international perishable cargo shipments , working across reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate international freight bookings and shipments
• Manage reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidations
Prepare export documentation including CI, Packing Lists, Health Certificates, COO and Bills of Lading
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and 3PLs
Track deliveries and resolve shipment delays
Review freight and supplier invoices
Maintain inventory and shipment records
About You:
• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or export documentation
Reefer/perishable or food logistics experience highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and organisation
Confident managing multiple shipments and deadlines
BSM experience desirable but not essential
