About the Role

As an Operational Team Manager (OTM), you’ll lead, support and develop a team of corporate travel professionals while ensuring consistently high standards of service for our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing team environment, supporting day-to-day operational delivery and ensuring team and client expectations are met. Working closely with your team and key stakeholders, you’ll use your leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to drive performance, resolve challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role would suit an experienced people leader with a background in the travel industry who enjoys developing others, building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

About You
Proven people leadership or management experience, ideally within corporate travel
Previous travel industry experience is essential
Strong knowledge of travel systems and technology
Demonstrated ability to coach, support and develop team members
Solid customer service and client relationship skills
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail




Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
