I’m currently recruiting for a Manager – Operational Risk opportunity within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a Line 2 Operational Risk role, partnering closely with Line 1 to provide oversight, constructive challenge and risk expertise across the business.

The role will focus on:
RCSA facilitation, risk assessments and control effectiveness
Incident & issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation
Risk-in-change across major projects and initiatives
Operational risk reporting, thematic analysis and emerging trends
GRC systems, risk data and action tracking
Building robust relationships with senior business stakeholders and strengthening risk culture

What they’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience across Operational Risk, Risk & Assurance, Compliance or a related discipline
Solid financial services experience
Hands-on RCSA experience
Solid incident, issue and remediation experience
Solid stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive challenge
Experience working in a Line 2 environment
GRC / risk systems experience highly regarded
