We are recruiting 5x experienced Voice Pickers to join a well-established and high-performing Distribution Centre in Dandenong South. These positions suit candidates with demonstrated voice picking experience, as well as a solid background operating electric tuggers safely and efficiently in a DC workplace.
Hours: Start between 5am - 6am
Payrate: $45.98
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include:
Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-directed picking system
Build, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets to a high standard
Safely operate electric tuggers and wave riders throughout the warehouse
Replenish stock and ensure pick locations remain fully stocked
Support day-to-day warehouse operations and team activities
Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work environment
Work efficiently to achieve performance and accuracy KPIs
About You:
To be successful in this prospect you will possess the following:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a voice picking environment
Proven experience operating electric tuggers/wave riders
Robust attention to detail with a high level of picking accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance

Available to work Monday to Friday with an immediate start
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
