Knox Early Learning Centre is a brand current 100-place early learning service opening soon in Wantirna. Family owned and operated. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and driven educators who genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and the wider community. As a brand new service, we are creating a team of exceptional educators who believe in high-quality practice, strong relationships, meaningful environments, and a culture of collaboration and growth.
Key responsibilities
Create positive outcomes for children
Contribute to purposeful, thoughtful and engaging settings
Demonstrate deep understanding of Compliance and Child Safety
Demonstrate deep understanding of National Quality Standards
Demonstrate deep understanding of Quality improvement Plan
Demonstrate deep understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation
Work as a team player and value communication and collaboration
Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education
Help build a strong culture from the ground up
About you
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
An understanding of Compliance and Child Safety
An understanding of National Quality Standards
An understanding of Quality improvement Plan
An understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation
Passionate about creating positive outcomes for children
Team player who values communication and collaboration
Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education
Willingness to plan and implement excursions/ incursions
