We are seeking reliable and mechanically minded individuals to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Brendale. Whether you have previous extrusion moulding experience or are looking to learn a new trade, full training is provided, and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
About the Role:
Afternoon shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday
Night shift: 10pm - 6am, Sunday to Thursday
Hourly Pay Rate: $38.93 – $45.45 p/h plus Superannuation

You will be trained (or utilise your existing experience) across Extrusion Moulding and processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery and problem-solving in a production workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion moulding machinery
Assist with machine setups and changeovers
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Packing
Maintain a clean and protected work workplace
Follow WHS and production procedures
About You
Previous extrusion moulding experience is highly regarded, but not essential
Full training provided for candidates with no extrusion moulding experience
Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
Looking for a long-term employment opportunity

Driver's licence and reliable transport essential
Forklift licence highly regarded
