The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a customer service and sales support skilled at our Bendigo site. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and enquiries are managed efficiently from start to finish.
Key tasks include handling customer enquiries over the phone and in person, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, invoicing, and supporting purchasing and inventory control.
