About the Role:
This is a true floor and bar all-rounder position. You will be involved in both front-of-house service and bar operations, including:
Providing friendly and attentive service to guests on the floor
Taking food and beverage orders
Running food and clearing tables
Setting up and maintaining the dining area
Preparing, making and serving drinks at the bar
Pouring and serving beer, wine and spirits
Preparing cocktails and other beverages
Maintaining bar cleanliness, presentation and stock levels
Restocking the bar and assisting with stock control
Operating the POS and handling payments
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working closely with the kitchen and management team
Helping wherever required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Wants to grow and develop within the hospitality industry
Current RSA is essential.
WA Approved Manager Card is advantageous.
