We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program. This role will focus on data cleansing, profiling, quality assurance, mapping, and migration activities across enterprise datasets, with a robust focus on Finance data (essential) and HR data (highly desirable). Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP data cleansing, remediation, mapping, and migration activities
Profile and analyse large datasets to identify data quality issues
Develop and automate data quality checks and validation rules
Produce reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
Support data governance, compliance, and privacy requirements
Mentor and coach internal data professionals

Essential Experience
Robust ERP data migration experience, particularly with Finance data
Extensive experience in data quality,



profiling, cleansing, and remediation
Proven experience supporting large-scale data migration projects
Strong understanding of data governance and quality management
Experience communicating insights to technical and business stakeholders
Solid stakeholder engagement and mentoring skills

Highly Regarded
HR data migration experience
Experience with Aurion, TechnologyOne, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft platforms
Power BI and/or Tableau
Strong SQL and Python skills
Federal Government HR or Finance data experience
