Mercury IT is seeking a Senior IT Technician for a full time, in office role embedded with our client in Beerwah, Queensland. The roster runs Tuesday to Saturday, including public holidays, with Time in Lieu where applicable.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously, solving Level 1–3 support requests and building solid skilled relationships within a collaborative team.
