Part Time HR Officer with at least 2 -3 Years of experience in HR
Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.

Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and employment standards, including updating company policies and informing employees about their rights.
Performance Management:

Policy Enforcement: Enforcing company policies and practices, ensuring all employees comply with company and government procedures.
HR Officers are expected to have a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field, with experience in HR functions. They should possess solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR software and labor laws.
