With over 40 branches across Australia, we are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Brisbane-based team at our HQ in Pinkenba.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this is a hands-on, people-focused role supporting our national, multi-site workforce where no two days are the same!
Partnering with our Regional and Branch Managers you will be Coaching, advising and supporting managers on performance issues, employee development, and policy interpretation
Managing and supporting the resolution of employee relations matters
Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, company policies, and Contemporary Awards
Providing support with recruitment and onboarding to ensure we attract, hire and onboard top talent
Partnering with leaders to promote a positive people experience consistent with our values across all sites
Contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects




Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist HR role…extra brownie points if it’s within a multi-site or industrial environment
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Contemporary Awards
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust with operational leaders
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability
Confidence working independently, managing priorities, and delivering consistent outcomes
HR or Business-related qualifications are highly regarded
