The opportunity
Reporting to an experienced Senior Manager, you will provide operational support and WHS-related assistance to a range of internal and external stakeholders. This wide-ranging role will see you involved in administration, reporting, meeting coordination, policy and document management, injury management support, and responding to initial WHS enquiries.
Selection criteria
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or a related qualification.
Demonstrated experience in administration, reporting, meeting coordination, and document control.
Experience in injury management and/or return-to-work (RTW) coordination will be highly regarded.
Sound understanding of health,
safety, and emergency response requirements in remote and very remote community settings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
High-level computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
Currently QLD drivers license
