Clean kitchen equipment, general kitchen areas, dishes, show kitchen, banquet kitchen etc.
Maintain kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
Assist with goods receival and storage of deliveries.
Time permitting - Assist with basic food preparation.
Help unload deliveries and manage stock rotation.
Dispose of waste and recycling maintain cleanliness.
Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff if called upon.
