Feros Care is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to deliver advanced IT support and operational guidance within our Service Desk. You will resolve complex issues, coordinate escalations, and coach teammates to improve service quality across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, support ongoing projects, and help minimise downtime while delivering exceptional customer service. A hybrid mode with travel to Feros Care sites is required.
