About the role

We are a growing formwork and labour hire business looking for a motivated and organised Junior Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a career in construction operations, workforce coordination and site administration. You will work closely with our management and operations team and become involved in the day-to-day coordination of our workforce and construction sites.

Key responsibilities
Assisting with employee onboarding and new starter processes
Coordinating and assisting with site inductions
Assisting with and, as your experience develops, running toolbox talks
Communicating with employees, supervisors and clients
Ensuring workers have the required documentation, inductions and site information
Assisting with workforce coordination and site requirements
Maintaining accurate employee and operational records
Assisting with safety documentation and compliance processes
Communicating with workers via phone, email and workplace communication platforms




Travelling to construction sites across the Gold Coast when required

Highly organised and reliable
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Confident communicating with people
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Friendly, approachable and professional
Comfortable using computers and technology
A quick learner
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
A current driver's licence is required for the role
A current construction white card is required for the role
