We currently have an exciting chance for anJnr Client Service Executiveto join our ABC Bullion team based in Brisbane QLD.
About the role:
Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing of precious metals.
Provide exceptional customer service with all clients in store or on the phone
Client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services.
Updating accounts and complete compliance on the sales process.
Attend to stock take of the showroom and cash room, actively helping in the provision of stock on hand delivery of goods.
Reporting to management and providing information on the sales process, customer needs and marketability of these goods and services.
Managing incoming email enquiries and providing support to the client.
General support to team members.
Other duties as directed by the State Manager.
About you:
Customer service orientated

Excellent communication skills
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven success in servicing customers and listening to their needs
Highly organised with exceptional communication
