The successful candidate will have:
Experience to carry out fibreglass and gelcoat repairs, bogging, sanding, buffing and polishing
Suitable skills for trimming and sanding fibreglass
Background in smash repair, panel beating or automotive refinishing (advantageous)
Experience detailing vehicles / motorhomes
Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
Robust eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time




Self motivated with a positive attitude and pride in workmanship

Applicants to have the following attributes:
Be efficient, organised, able to plan and prioritise work
Must be able to work as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Current Driver's license
Full working rights in Australia

The position is full-time employment, 6:00am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday and is based at Clontarf, Brisbane. Hourly rates are dependent on experience.
