We are looking for an experienced HV Technician / HV Engineer with solid capability in protection relay testing, configuration, and commissioning across mining, industrial, and utility projects.
The role will involve
Protection relay testing/configuration (SEL, Siemens, GE, ABB, Schneider)
GOOSE / IEC 61850 configuration and testing
SCADA testing and point-to-point checks
Transformer testing
ACB testing – Terasaki, Siemens, ABB, Schneider
HV circuit breaker testing
CT/VT testing
HiPot and cable VLF testing
Earthing testing (FOP, step and touch, EPR)
Secondary injection, primary injection, functional testing, and commissioning support
Preparation of test reports and commissioning documentation

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in HV testing and commissioning
Solid background in protection relays and systems
Solid knowledge of HV primary and secondary equipment
Ability to read and interpret drawings and protection studies
Experience using test equipment (Omicron, Megger, etc.)
Robust commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work independently on site and within a team
Pay: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
