We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every corner of the club looks and feels exceptional.

The Role
Lead and support the Housekeeping team on shift
Allocate daily tasks and keep the team moving
Maintain exceptional presentation across change rooms, wellness spaces and member areas
Conduct regular quality checks and address issues quickly
Manage linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping stock
Train and coach the team on cleaning, presentation and service standards
Ensure hygiene, cleaning and WHS procedures are consistently followed
Be hands-on. You'll lead from the floor, not the sidelines.

What You’ll Bring




Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Leader or senior housekeeping experience
Background in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, spas or premium wellness
Solid leadership and an obsessive eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time management
High standards of presentation, hygiene and member service
A proactive attitude and genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces
