Nature's Care in Belrose, NSW is seeking a hands-on QA/QC Supervisor to lead the night shift on our manufacturing and packaging sites. You will ensure quality, GMP and food safety standards, directing the QA/QC team and partnering with Production to resolve issues in real time.
The ideal candidate will make on-the-floor decisions, maintain meticulous records, and coach staff while working independently during the night shift.
