Experienced outbound B2B calling

SopaServe helps Australian construction businesses address unpaid invoices and payment claims using the SOP Act. We are seeking a B2B outbound sales representative to contact subcontractors, trades, suppliers and other construction businesses, identify payment problems and book qualified conversations with our case team.

This is a phone-based prospecting role. Most of each shift will be spent making outbound calls.

What you will do
Call Australian business owners and decision-makers from supplied leads
Start credible conversations and explain SopaServe using approved messaging
Identify businesses experiencing unpaid construction invoices, progress claims or related payment problems
Ask structured qualification questions
Record complete and accurate notes in Zoho CRM
Complete required phone and email follow-ups
Meet agreed calling, conversation and qualified-opportunity targets
Escalate technical questions to the appropriate team member

You will not be expected or permitted to provide legal advice, assess the legal merits of a claim or promise a particular recovery outcome. To be considered,



you must have
At least two years of recent outbound B2B cold-calling, telesales or appointment-setting experience
Experience calling Australian business owners or senior decision-makers
A demonstrated record against measurable calling, appointment or opportunity KPIs
Strong objection-handling skills
The resilience to work through repeated rejection without losing quality
A explicit, credible and professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and reliable CRM habits
The ability to follow a structured process without sounding scripted

Experience in construction, debt recovery, finance, recruitment, insurance or qualified services will be helpful but is not essential. Training will be provided on SopaServe’s service, qualification process and compliance requirements. Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief phone interview, an objection-handling role-play and a paid practical calling trial.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
