Babaz Barbershop is a well-established barber salon located in Ellenbrook and Butler WA, dedicated to delivering high-quality grooming services and an exceptional customer experience.
An prospect has become available for an experienced barber our barbershop in Butler (WA) and we are now seeking a full time barber to join our growing team. The successful candidate would have:
At least an Australian Certificate III in Hairdressing/Barbering or equivalent with 12 months of experience in the role; or
At least 3 years of experience in the role in lieu of the relevant qualification.
Main duties include:
Performing all aspects of men’s grooming at a skilled standard.
Providing advice to clients on hair care, hairstyles, beard maintenance
Recommending and promoting salon products and services to enhance client experience
Shampooing hair and conditioning scalps.
Cutting and styling hair with scissors, clippers, and razors
Shaving, trimming and shaping beards and moustaches
Maintaining an optimum level of hygiene and safety in all services performed
Ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned, sterilised, and maintained appropriately and keeping the work area, organised, and presentable
Assisting with appointment scheduling and client payments
Maintain company procedures in regards to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the salon
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon are up to standard
