We're currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team in Richmond.
RG McGees is a busy, community-focused venue offering great food, drinks, live entertainment, events and plenty of good times. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can handle a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to jump in and help their teammates when things get busy.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across different areas of the venue and help us deliver a great experience every time someone walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities may include
Providing friendly and skilled customer service
Bar and beverage service
Bistro and food service
Taking orders and processing payments
Clearing and resetting tables
Maintaining clean and presentable service areas
Restocking bars and service areas
Assisting with functions, events and live entertainment nights
Following responsible service and gaming requirements
Working together with the wider RG McGees team during busy services
About You We're looking for people with a great attitude who genuinely enjoy hospitality and working as part of a team.Hospitality experience is preferred,
particularly experience in a busy pub, club, restaurant or bar environment. However, attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
To be considered, you'll need:
Current NSW RSA – Essential
Current NSW RCG – Essentia
l- Previous hospitality experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced workplace
A reliable and positive attitude
Ability to work well within a team
Good presentation and attention to detail
Availability across evenings and weekends
